This blog is also about fuel program, this time we had to come up with incentives and ideas to get more people to sign up for fuel programs, here is our work and ideas we went through. onight/tomorrow: Get some people interested in the shake

Actions:

• • Send kickoff email to parents, coaches, and athletes

• • Hang posters around summer training areas

• • first 10 people to sign up get 3 extra shakes

Goal: Spark curiosity and awareness

Throughout the next week: Talk about benefits

Actions:

• • Share testimonials from last season's users

• • Share recovery science behind the shake

Goal: Educate and build value

Next few days: Ask teams coaches and captains to push on getting the shakes

Actions:

• • Get buy-in from summer captains and varsity coaches

• • Ask them to spread the word to teammates

Goal: Build credibility through leadership

Some time next week: TRY-IT

Actions:

• • Offer a free sample day after a major training session

• • Share a signup form for anyone who wants to try it

Goal: Remove commitment barrier — let them taste it

Then next day after the samples: Show how the shake helps preformance

Goal: Show how it helps athletes perform better

Before June 9th: Getting the teams to sign up

Actions:

• • Offer a reward or shoutout for teams with 100% signup

• • Email coaches a team-specific sign-up form

Goal: Convert interest into team-level commitment

A few days before June 9th or 16th: Countdown till the seasons start

Actions:

• • Countdown posts: “4 weeks until season — are you fueled?”

• • Encourage pre-season signups for fall athletes

Goal: Create urgency to join before practices begin

Some days soon: Getting parents to support the program
