Final blog post

 For my final blog post I will reflect on my time, I came in wanting to learn how to run a gym and what it takes to run a gym. For the most part that’s what we did, some days we would help barn raising intensive and while it had nothing to do with our project it was good to know we were helping other people. We started helping out a lot towards the end of the senior project. In the beginning stages of our senior project we went over all of the different stages Hawken puts their lifters in based on experience and how many times they’ve shown up to lift, we also would help make lists for all the groups and pre-lifts and warm ups. We also made improved hip mobility and Kb workouts for the athletes. We saw what it was like for coach lew on an everyday schedule and what goes into each list. We did a lot of cleaning like a lot, was not aware of how much cleaning and how much time it took to keep the weight room clean for each training day, but it was helpful to learn.
